Introducing Terrasenses Destination Weddings in the Galapagos & Andes

As a destination bride myself, it goes without saying I'm a huge fan of destination weddings. Whether you invite along your family and friends, or elope {so romantic!}, I figure the more exotic the location, the more memorable the occasion. That's why I'm delighted to introduce Terrasenses Destination Weddings. Whatever your budget, you can be sure their 'fairy godmother' planners will be on hand to create your perfect, personalised big day - be it intimate or deluxe! Terrasenses offers the most incredible wedding locations you can imagine, from a ceremony aboard a yacht moored off the unique Galápagos Islands, a wedding in the cloud forest, and even a weddingmoon in the Amazon. Terrasenses will organise everything on your behalf, and even offer creative suggestions for wedding decorations, organic menus and the perfect wedding stationery. Imagine a sunset boat cruise, an exciting jungle wedding, or a once-in-a-lifetime beachside ceremony on an exotic Ecuadorean island - it's the stuff dreams are made of! Introducing Fiona Kelly Wedding Photography

There's a handful of photographers in the UK who I consider up there with the best. They've got a fantastic eye for the easy-to-miss moment, but they're fantastic at formal and detail shots as well. Fiona Kelly is one of those wedding photographers, and that's why I'm delighted to introduce her as Before the Big Day's newest sponsor. Fiona's lovely reportage style means you and your guests will be captured at your most natural - looking your best, with your emotions mirrored in your face. You can see from her gorgeous shots below how good she is at being in the right place at the right time for the perfect shot. What's more, Fiona is super-friendly and a massively relaxing influence on your big day - in the tumult of relatives and friends, you can be sure she'll be calm in the eye of the storm. London-based, Fiona works across the UK and Europe - wherever the wedding calls her! Her packages start at a very reasonable £1795, and include full day coverage {preparations to your First Dance and a bit more}, and your pictures on a USB to print yourself. Of course, if you want beautiful albums, then Fiona can help you with those as well! Take a look at Fiona's wedding photography website to see more of her gorgeous work.

Introducing St Michael's Hotel & Spa for Your Wedding

One of the best weddings I've ever been to was in Cornwall. It was extraordinary - it almost felt like we were in a different country. The weather was beautiful, we were by the sea, and palm trees were growing everywhere.... plus the cream teas were to die for! That's why I'm delighted to recommend St Michael's Hotel & Spa for your wedding venue. This luxury hotel in Falmouth is right on the coast, with stunning views across the sea, and a sub-tropical garden {yippee - palm trees!}. I've fallen for the airy dining rooms, and the chic nautical decor, not to mention the amazing spa. With St Michael's Hotel you have tonnes of choice - you can either celebrate a civil wedding at the hotel, or have your ceremony at a nearby church, and then follow up with a fantastic reception and dinner at the hotel. All your friends and family can stay {make sure you get the Atlantic Suite for your honeymoon night}, and of course you can have plenty of pre- {and post-} wedding spa treatments! They'll even do your make-up in your room on the morning of your wedding, and you could sneak in a quick St Tropez tanning session the night before. It's the perfect location for a destination wedding without the airfare!

Introducing Fever Designs for Your Wedding Day

How many bridesmaids is too many? I had five, and I would have had more, but I was anxious about the extra costs of a bigger wedding party. Bridesmaids dresses, shoes, accessories and bouquets all add up, and the more girls you have following you down the aisle, the more expensive it's going to get. I've always recommended looking online for reasonably-priced bridesmaids' dresses, and that's why I'm delighted to introduce Fever Designs, as a great bridesmaid boutique. They have a fantastic range of gowns, in all the season's top colours, and none of them will break the bank. My favourites are the Cecelia and Ivy dresses, both of which come in at under £100. As a bridesmaid-in-waiting, I've got my eye on the Ivy gown in Merlot, as I reckon it'll fit in perfectly with my friend's December wedding colour palette. With a colour-pop bridesmaid dress, you can save money on flowers, and give your bridesmaids bushy bouquets of olive leaves, rosemary or eucalyptus. For more ideas, take a look at my Pinterest pages.

Introducing Hen Party Superstore

Last weekend my best friend hosted her sister's hen weekend. Like all the best hens, the bride-to-be ended up dressed as a cow, wearing wild sunglasses and drinking cocktails out of a willie straw in Brighton. There's a lesson in this! It's doesn't matter how sophisticated and professional you are in your daily life, or how glamorous you're going to look on your wedding day, you need to let loose on your hen do, and embrace the cheese. It's a rite of passage, and if you miss it, you miss out. That's why I'm delighted to introduce Hen Party Superstore for all your hen weekend accessories. Browse by colour or theme, and pick up costumes, personalised t-shirts and sashes, and even gift bag fillers. And don't forget the Learner badge.....

Introducing Genesis Diamonds Engagement Rings

This week on the wedding blog is turning out to be engagement themed! After yesterday's gorgeous engagement shoot, today is all about incredible diamond engagement rings. If you're yet to chose your sparkler, or you're sneakily checking out the blog before your boyfriend's popped the question, then I really recommend Genesis Diamonds. They have the most incredible selection of engagement rings, by fabulous designers, including my favourites Tacori {for some seriously bling-tastic rings} and Simon G {if you're looking for something subtle and elegant}. All their diamonds are guaranteed conflict-free, and if you want to pay over several years, they even offer financing - yippee for a bigger rock!! Since I've already got my engagement ring and wedding ring, I've got my eye on their eternity rings....{here's hoping my husband reads this feature}.

Introducing The Welbeck Clinic for Perfect Wedding Teeth

So I'm going to let you into a bit of a secret. Whenever I'm out at a drinks party, or chatting to someone new at work, I really notice their teeth. It's like my own little fetish. I collect people with good teeth! I had my own teeth whitened before I got married, and it definitely made me feel more confident for my wedding pictures. It made such a difference to my look, that the best man was convinced I'd had something more done....like a nose job! That's one reason why I'm delighted to introduce The Welbeck Clinic for cosmetic dentistry. They're the smile makeover experts in London, and they offer an amazing range of procedures from a complete smile makeover to teeth whitening. If you're considering veneers, they're a very simple, painless procedure, and you can get them done with only a month to go to your wedding day. Dr Joe Oliver has fitted over 20,000 veneers and is very experienced, counting Hollywood royalty like Helena Bonham-Carter among his clients! Take a look at their before and after smile makeovers to get a sense of how good your teeth could look on your wedding day.

Introducing HolidayCheck For Your Honeymoons

Our honeymoon wasn't quite what we had in mind! We'd spent most of our money on our destination wedding in France, so although we stayed in Provence, we couldn't splash the cash on a decent hotel, and then it rained. All very disappointing, but we counted our blessings that we had sun on our wedding day, and then headed off to gorgeous Greece for a second holiday a few months later! If you're looking at your wedding budget and wondering whether you'll be able to afford a honeymoon, make sure you get a fantastic deal via HolidayCheck. This fab website includes everything you need for a holiday: from travel offers, to hotel reviews, and honest pictures from other honeymooners and holidaymakers, so you know exactly what you're getting. HolidayCheck enables you to search by destination, and then pulls up the most popular hotels and things to do, including romantic restaurants and not-to-be-missed sights. It's a brilliant website for planning your honeymoon. P.S.....which honeymoon destination below most appeals to you - beach, ski or safari?

Introducing Zalando Online Shopping For Your Bridesmaids

My postman and I have a fabulous relationship. It's not something you normally get in London, but considering my slight {okay huge} online shopping addiction, we see each other every morning. I hardly ever buy anything on the high street anymore, it's so much cheaper and convenient to try clothes on at home. You can add your own shoes and jackets, and check out how each dress fits in with the rest of your wardrobe. That's why I'm delighted to introduce Zalando. It's a fabulous online shopping boutique, stocking thousands of brilliant brands, including French Connection, Seven For All Mankind and Alice Temperley, to name just a few. With a stylish wedding boutique {perfect for the city bride}, and a great selection of men's clothes as well, it's the perfect go-to site for your wedding preparations. I'm also loving Zalando's colour search function - it's an efficient way to find the complete outfit for your bridesmaids. Take a look at these gorgeous colour combinations below - coral, turquoise and amethyst are what all the best dressed bridesmaids are wearing this summer.

Introducing The Scented Candle Shop For Weddings

Out of all the weddings I've attended, there's one that really stands out in my mind. It was pretty spectacular, with stunning flowers, the best desert table I've ever seen, and a series of 'reveals', including one late in the evening, when a curtain dropped to reveal another marquee set up as a nightclub. But the element that really stands out is the smell of the wedding! Each 'room' was subtly perfumed with scented candles, and I can't tell you how much it added to the atmosphere and feeling of luxury. If you're looking to create the same effect, I hugely recommend the Scented Candle Shop. They have a huge range of candles - from scented, to organic, soy and vintage-style beeswax. Choose from natural scents, such as fig tree, lavender, rosemary, and citronella for a garden reception. If you're looking to create a colour splash on each table, you can choose your candles and holders by colour. The Scented Candle Shop also has a special wedding range, with a great selection of simple taper and pillar candles, plus great wedding favour options - take a look at these cute cottage style candles!

Introducing Wedding Abroad Experts - European Wedding Planners

As a destination bride myself, I'm a huge fan of getting married abroad. When my husband and I started to look into wedding locations, the combination of better weather, good European food and reasonably priced champagne made it a no-brainer for us. We managed to find our French wedding venue ourselves, after literally hours and hours of exhausting research, so I'm thrilled to recommend a new service from Wedding Abroad Experts. They're a fab network of independent professional wedding planners with fantastic knowledge of wedding venues and vendors in countries including France, Italy, Morocco, Croatia, Spain, and the Mediterranean Islands. The idea is that you buy membership to Wedding Abroad Experts for a small fee {from €9 a month}, and in exchange, you get access to their planners' vast wedding knowledge, and secret wedding-vendor black books. Then, if you decide you need more help, then you can always hire their wedding planners direct. I'm a huge fan already! P.S. If you're looking to celebrate your big day in France, I recommend the blog Weddings on the French Riviera. Tonnes of stunning wedding inspiration!

Introducing Wentbridge House Hotel Wedding Venue

Out of all the decisions you'll be making as you plan your wedding, the biggest is bound to be your wedding venue. Not only will it be the largest chunk of your budget, it'll set the mood for your big day, and could even inspire your wedding theme. That's why I'm thrilled to introduce the Wentbridge House Hotel. This gorgeous four-star country house hotel is set in the beautiful Went Valley in West Yorkshire. Set in stunning {and super-photogenic} gardens, the Georgian-designed, historic hotel, has grandly decorated dining rooms, making it the perfect venue for your wedding. I've fallen for the gorgeous snowy picture - imagine a cosy winter wedding! The hotel is independently owned, and the managers only allow one wedding a day, so you can be sure to have exclusive use of the venue, whatever your wedding size. Celebrate your ceremony in the hotel, or choose the pretty Wentbridge Church, which is only a five minute walk away. For more information, take a look at their wedding brochure and website.
