Introducing SeyVillas Seychelles Honeymoons

After months of winter, I'm really longing for some sunshine, and with my giant pregnancy bump {6 weeks to go and counting}, it's not like I can just jump on a plane somewhere hot. Instead, I'm dreaming about where we can go on holiday next, and there's nowhere more romantic than the Seychelles. I reckon we're due a second honeymoon once the baby is born, and I've been exploring the amazing options offered by SeyVillas. They've got all sorts of options, from small guesthouses and hotels, yacht-stays and personal villas. For true luxury and perfect privacy, I'd be really tempted to go for our own intimate island, although with options starting at just over £100 a night, there's plenty of choice for the post-wedding wallet! Take a look at SeyVillas' tailor-made island hopping packages, and fantastic advice on getting married in the Seychelles - the website will have you drooling, and reaching for that Book button!

Introducing Beautiful Custom Muujee Wedding Albums

It's now been over a year since our wedding day and I still haven't created a wedding album of my favourite pictures. It's my biggest regret post-wedding, because it means we haven't got a solid reminder of our big day. As I was looking for possible album options, I stumbled upon these beautiful, hardback, Muujee wedding albums. They look fantastic, and they provide professional quality wedding albums which are perfect for brides and grooms who didn't choose an album in their wedding photography package - like us! It's a super-easy process - instead of having to design the wedding album and the position of the photographs {exhausting}, all you do is submit your images, and their graphic designers take care of the rest. They even provide color correction and retouching services {I'll be 20% more tanned then please!}. Muujee are even offering 15% off their 'Modern' and 'Magazine' album lines with the code 15OFF-BIGDAY {insert on the order form, expires August 31, 2012}. So if you've already had your engagement photographs taken, why not try out their albums? Test the service first by submitting a handful of your images, and they'll design some sample layouts based on their images. Right, I'm off to pick my favourite wedding shots!

Introducing Jon Rouston Wedding Photography

Have you chosen your wedding photographer yet? As soon as you have picked your wedding date, pick up the phone to book your photographer. The best are always reserved at least a year in advance, and you'll be surprised how popular certain weekends are for weddings! Not booked yet? If you're getting married in the Nottingham area, or anywhere else in the UK, take a look at the fabulous Jon Rouston Photography. His wedding work is the perfect blend of unobtrusive reportage, combined with relaxed contemporary portraits. Jon Rouston's aim is to focus on the real story behind a wedding - the people. From the brides excited then nervous preparations, and the groom's anxious wait at the top of the aisle, to your crazy uncles dominating the dance floor. If you take a look at Jon Rouston's blog, you'll see picture after picture of laughing brides and grooms, a sure sign they're relaxed and happy in front of his camera. Jon's reasonable prices include a disc with all your pictures, and a beautiful album, but book him soon - he's already busy for 2013!

Introducing PreOwned Wedding Dresses

Wedding dresses are way too expensive, and {mildly controversially} I reckon wedding dress designers take advantage of brides by overcharging. Nervous brides want to look their very best on their wedding day, they're often nervous about being the centre of attention, and they're willing to spend crazy-money to make sure they feel super-special. There's no escaping the prettiest wedding gowns tend to be the most expensive. But now there's a way you can get the wedding dress you want, without breaking the bank, and it's all thanks to PreOwned Wedding Dresses. This AMAZING website is the modern bride's way to buy a wedding dress. With over 10,000 new sample, and used wedding gowns, The One is out there waiting for you, with a bargain price tag. PreOwned Wedding Dresses list gowns from all your favourite designers, {think Monique Lhuillier, Jenny Packham, Vera Wang & more} plus stunning pre-owned wedding accessories as well. Here's just a few of my favourite wedding gowns on sale now, but check out the website for your favourite designer.

Introducing Dominic Whiten Wedding Photography

Can you imagine what it must be like to be a wedding photographer? You go to weddings nearly every Saturday (and sometimes Sunday too}, you witness the most emotional moments of a bride and groom's lives, hang out with all their friends and family, and then you spend the next few days staring at their faces, as you pick out the best pictures from the thousands you took. No wonder wedding photographers feel a lasting closeness to 'their' brides and grooms. It's also the reason why talent isn't the only thing you should look for in a wedding photographer - you also need to find someone you really like, someone you want to invite to your wedding. That's why I'm delighted to introduce Dominic Whiten Photography. You can see from his exuberant pictures below, that he's a hugely talented wedding photographer, but he's also an incredibly friendly, outgoing, relaxed guy. You'll love having Dom around, he'll make you smile naturally, and you'll relax in front of his camera, and your wedding pictures will be fabulous. He only takes 35 bookings a year so that he can really concentrate on your big day, and his reasonable wedding fee includes a disco of 200 of your best pictures in black and white, plus two free mounted pictures. Take a look at his brilliant website, Dominic Whiten Photography, and his blog, and book him fast!

Introducing Foto Noir - Luxury Wedding Photo Booth

When it comes to your wedding, the one thing I can guarantee, is that it will pass far too quickly. Our wedding lasted nearly 10 hours, but it still feels like it was over in a flash - everything sped up once we'd shared a couple of glasses of champagne! You're going to want as much photographic evidence of your wedding as possible, and while your wedding photographer will take all the lovely official shots, in my view a wedding photobooth is a must. Foto Noir is a luxury photobooth, which takes flattering {and hilarious}, black and white portrait pictures. Its subtle design fits in with every wedding style, even {as in the picture below} if your wedding is at The Savoy! Install it at your wedding reception and your friends and family will love it - we only had an old polaroid camera at our wedding, so I wish we'd discovered Foto Noir before our big day. The pictures are printed at the reception, so they work as brilliant wedding favours, as well as fabulous momentoes of your wedding day. Based in London, Foto Noir are happy to install their photobooth anywhere in the UK - book them now for your wedding day!

Introducing The Image Garden Wedding Photography

Every now and then I discover a hugely talented wedding photographer that makes me fall in love with weddings all over again. Sharron Gibson of The Image Garden takes beautiful, creative wedding photographs with fabulous pops of colour. Just take a look at purple of the heather and the rich red tartan of the groom's kilt in the pictures below. Every detail glows. I'm also loving how Sharron captures those perfect wedding moments; the first kiss, the conspiratorial grin between a newly married couple, a quiet moment in the wedding flurry. All her wedding couples look totally relaxed in-front of her camera, which is partly down to her relaxed style, but also thanks to the free pre-wedding LOVE shoot she offers all her clients. Described by London Weddings Magazine as one of 'London's top wedding photographers', The Image Garden is now based in Buckinghamshire, but Sharron's more than happy to travel throughout the UK, and is particularly keen on destination weddings. Don't miss The Image Garden website and blog for more wedding inspiration. P.S. Although I haven't met Sharron in person yet, I know we have the same sense of humour, thanks to the Jimmy Choo and wellie picture below - fav wedding pic ever?!
