A Pretty Pastel Wedding with a Vera Wang Gown

A wedding in paradise is a pretty good start to married life! This heavenly Hawaiian wedding has made me wish for warmer climes and a beachside big day. I'm loving the breezy blue-grey bridesmaid dresses {by Jenny Yoo}, bride Tracy's stunning ruffled Vera Wang gown and the fabulous outdoor ceremony. Add the white peony bouquets, and orchids in Tracy's hair, and this wedding ticks every one of my boxes. Fabulous pictures published with thanks to the lovely Jen Huang Photography.

Real Pretty Pastel Wedding with a Lovely Lace & Peony Theme

This dreamy pastel-themed wedding will leave you longing for lazy summer days. It's an exquisite combination of pink, peonies and mercury glass vintage vases, and I love it! With a wedding dress by Marisa Bridals, bridesmaids' dresses by Priscilla of Boston and a gorgeous vineyard venue, you'll want to copy every wedding detail. Don't miss the brocaded wedding invitations and the beaded plates - every area of this wedding was perfectly planned by Yong Suk Willendrup, and pictured by Jen Huang Photography.

Real Pretty Australian Beach Wedding with Monochrome Detailing - Part 2

As promised, here is Part 2 of this incredible seaside Australian wedding, pictured by Jen Huang. Organised and conceived by Polka Dot Bride, I'm in love with all the pretty, neutral details, and the beautiful beach setting. Don't miss Sian's feminine feather hair accessory, her divine nude strappy shoes, and Ross' seedpod buttonhole. Also loving the variation of the portrait shots - tonnes of fun ideas for your own wedding photographs - leafy hearts all round! All the vendor details listed below, if you missed Part 1, click here!

Real Pretty Australian Beach Wedding with Monochrome Detailing

When the lovely Jen Huang got in touch with me to ask me if I'd like to feature a gorgeous Australian wedding shoot, I nearly bit her hand off! I'm completely in love with her beautiful pictures, and all the wonderful stealworthy wedding ideas. There are so many, I'm dividing this wedding into two - the next set will appear later this afternoon, so you'll have plenty of time to drink in every wedding detail. First for the pre-wedding shoot {such a fabulous idea!}, and the wedding tablescape, later the wedding dress and stunning portrait pictures. I'm loving the pretty pink and monochrome wedding scheme, the stunning rustic wedding stationery, complete with crossed oars to reflect Ross' rowing background, and the personalised pillows. Throw in the relaxed waterside venue, and the incredible cheese table and rustic bunting, and I'm a very happy wedding blogger. Don't miss the details of all the vendors below, including the lovely Polka Dot Bride.

Bright Vintage Watercolour-Themed Wedding Shoot

As soon as I spotted this incredible wedding shoot over on wedding photographer, Jen Huang's blog, I knew I had to share the pictures with you. It's not just that the 'bride' is wearing one of my favourite wedding dresses from Saja Weddings, it's the sheer number of cakes! Imagine hosting a Marie Antoinette themed wedding, where all you serve is cake. It would be pretty off-the-wall, but everyone would remember your wedding for years to come. Other gorgeous details include the brides bright lipstick {very this season}, and pretty blush, the incredible turquoise earrings, and the flower crown she wears in some of the pictures. I'm also loving the antique sweet scales - such a fun vintage wedding detail to add to your wedding. These pictures were first featured on wedding blog Green Wedding Shoes. Don't miss all the wedding supplier links below.

Beautiful Black Wedding Dress

Would you wear a black wedding dress? For most of us, the white dress is {ahem} representative of a bride's traditional innocence, so there's no real necessity to wear one. My sister-in-law wore red, and looked fabulous. I chose to wear white, because I found it hard enough to decide on a white wedding dress, without throwing more variables, like colours, into the mix. I think for an urban wedding, a black wedding dress could look super-sophisticated. What do you think? Gorgeous pictures by Jen Huang.

Real Burlap Vineyard Wedding: Amy & Nathan's Elopement

Burlap is such a fantastic addition to any wedding. It's cheap and chic, and the perfect material for a rustic wedding theme. You can use it in your table decorations or favours {lavender bags, maybe?}, or as a wrap for buttonholes and bouquets. Amy and Nathan chose burlap for their secret elopement wedding in Napa, California, and I've fallen head-over-heels for their elegant style and cute little dog in a top hat! Other stealworthy ideas include the lime green table accents and the natural wildflower-style flower arrangements. I'm a big fan of the cork stands for the table numbers - they're a nod to the vineyard venue. Beautiful pictures published with thanks to Jen Huang Photography.

Real Lemon & Lime Themed Texas Wedding - Liz & Del

You're going to love this lemon and lime themed wedding fresh from the US state of Texas. It's chock-full of inspirational wedding details - many of them cheap and easy to copy for your own big day. If you're looking for Texas wedding ideas, you could also try My Wedding Austin. I'm loving the antique books, the chequered table cloths, vintage lime pop drinks and the homemade wedding cakes. Lovely bride, Liz chose gorgeous green and white for her wedding bouquet, and I'm particularly keen on the giant poppy-seed cases, which conjure up the changing seasons. Most of all I'm head-over-heels with the outdoor wedding venue, set under the sprawling branches with a river nearby. Texans sure know how to throw a party, so if you're considering a destination wedding, check out My Wedding Austin for suppliers and ideas. Huge thanks to photographer Jen Huang for these stunning, golden-lit pictures.

Real Summer Garden Wedding: Nkechi & Mitch

Well I don't know about you, but I'm slightly besotted by this gorgeous summer wedding. It's a combination of the stunning photography by Jen Huang, and the sophisticated style of bride, Nkechi. I'm loving her 'Gone With the Wind' style dress, her cute birdcage veil {sooo this season}, and her elegant disc earrings. Throw in her dapper husband Mitch in black tie, and I'm sold. Jen is a photographer in the US, but she tells me she's always keen to travel!
