Real Beautiful Barn Wedding Video: Samantha & Jamie

Vintage barn weddings are by far the favourite venues for British brides. With so many stunning historic rustic buildings across the UK, there's bound to be one in your area, and they provide a brilliant blank canvas for your wedding ideas. Samantha and Jamie created a stunning elegant pink and cream themed day for their wedding at Blake Hall in Essex. This fantastic White Dress Films wedding video trailer highlights all the best wedding details from their big day. I love the vintage bus, the Space Hoppers {near the end} and the decorations of white bunting, fluffy tissue pompoms, and rose pomanders. Samantha looks beautiful in her elegant Charlotte Balbier wedding gown and crystal studded veil, and I love her huge peony and rose bouquet - a flower trend I predicted would be huge for 2012 weddings back in August 2011.

Real Crochet & Lace Themed Wedding: Meagan & Tim - Part 2

Time for Part 2 of this exquisite lace themed wedding day. With talented wedding suppliers like Joy Thigpen and Jose Villa on hand, Meagan and Tim's wedding was always going to be an incredibly beautiful affair. I'm head-over-heels in love with all the wedding ceremony and reception details. Take a look at the organic leaf-decorated cake, the luxurious flower displays set in antique stoneware vases. I'm loving how the lace tablecloths reflect the intricacy of Meagan's Claire Pettibone wedding gown, and the ushers look fabulous in their dove grey jumpers and bow-ties. Enjoy the Jose Villa pictures, ladies, you're going to want to save every single one in your wedding inspiration folders.

Wedding Theme Idea: Happily Ever After

Did you know that you can actually get married at DisneyWorld?  I know that every girl is supposed to want a Fairy Tale wedding, but isn't that taking it a bit too far? I can't think of anything more likely to ruin the mood than a pair of Mickey ears. On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with addding a few whimsical details to your big day, to add to the atmosphere of romance. Just make sure it's more along the lines of Cinderella's slippers rather than her pumpkin coach.

Real London Wedding: Keshma & Chris

This bride is a girl after my own heart. I'm loving her glittery glamorous style, her stunning dress and fabulous jewelled shoes. If you're getting married in a city, you can always bump the glamour-factor up a level, and bride Keshma chose the perfect outfit for her Fulham Palace wedding. Yes, a Palace wedding - we're keeping up with the Royal Wedding theme! Other wedding ideas to copy include groom, Chris' dapper three piece suit plus simple buttonhole. I've got my eye on grooms' outfits at the moment, because my Boy hasn't chosen his wedding outfit yet. Yup, six weeks to go and he's got nothing to wear - eek! Don't miss the cake picture at the end, Keshma and Chris ignored the tradition of a white cake and went for an ah-mazing chocolate tower of heavenliness. Stunning pictures published by one of my fav photographers, the lovely Ken Buist.

Real Wedding: Sara & Jared

Rustic charm has got to be one of the best looks for a wedding. And if you're considering it for your big day style, then feast your eyes on this humdinger of a marriage. Sara and Jared celebrated their big day in their home town of San Diego, in a fabulous venue built in 1895. Nothing like a bit of history to add a touch of gravitas to the occasion! Jared's a photographer, so the lovely Sara France who took these pics, was more than a little nervous about doing the honours. But didn't she do a good job! Sara the bride {to avoid confusion!} picked a muted colour palette, with rich golden browns, creams and a soft dove grey; an original choice, which really flattered her colouring. I love Sara's bridemaids' dresses, with their elegant brocade detailing, and the vintage clasps on her bouquet. With a bride this beautiful, there was no need for any veil and statement jewellery, just a simple diamond pendant and ear-rings. A lesson in understated elegance. P.S. Don't miss the ice-cake! I'm not sure why they went for it, but it's certainly an unusual idea!
