Real English Fête Wedding: Sally & Mark

Themed weddings make for a truly stand-out and memorable day, so if you're looking to make your wedding different from everyone else's next year, then take a look at this fabulous fête wedding! Sally and Mark celebrated their big day in the gorgeous English countryside near Salisbury, and drew inspiration from old-fashioned fair, complete with bowling coconuts, tonnes of bunting, fling the horseshoe game, and a competition for their guests with prizes! I'm loving all the vintage details, the unpretentious Village Hall reception, the cheese wedding cake {yum!} and the fab photography by My Love Story. Sally and Mark both looked gorgeous in their wedding outfits, and don't you just love Sally's red polka dot shoes? I'm totally obsessed with their hand-drawn wedding invitations too - I love that they invited their guests to camp! Now that's quintessential English fun! Do take a look at Sally's list of suppliers and advice - scroll down through the photographs to the end.

Before the Big Day Mini-Questionaire

* Overall theme / colour palette for the wedding: Village fête, a bit of vintage, yellow and red

* Flowers / Centerpieces / Tableware: Vintage bottles from eBay and borrowed from my parents, flowers grown by my parents!
* Jewellery worn: Kitsch plastic heart ring from eBay, red and white spotty earrings from Camden Market
* Advice from the Bride: We were extremely lucky to have a brilliant 'wedding team' of family and friends - including parents who picked up wine from France, made the bunting, and grew the flowers - so that helps if you can get that!
* Hair: Fascinator by Katie Vale Designs
* Any regrets? None - although it would have been nice to have a couple more hours the day before so I wasn't in Tescos at 8pm instead of relaxing in the bath - but I'm sure everyone thinks that, and the relaxing bath was never going to happen really!!
* Best decision made: Staying true to our original ideas and concepts, while managing to keep costs relatively low! And camping in a teepee instead of going to a hotel!

Real Barndance Vintage Wedding: Kelly & Neil

One of my best girlfriends got married last weekend, in a fabulous barn wedding with tonnes of fabulous details, which I can't wait to share with you. Unfortunately we've got to wait, because she's headed off on her honeymoon in Bali! In the meantime, whet your wedding appetite with Kelly and Neil's incredible autumn wedding at The Priory Barn in Little Wymondley. Kelly DIY'd lots of her wedding details, in particular the vintage button and fabric table numbers, the sweetie bags and the lining in the vintage suitcase. I'm also loving the amazing wedding flowers, including lots of ivy for fidelity. Check out the giant wreath - it's such a beautiful statement piece and a truly gorgeous wedding idea. Stunning pictures published with thanks to the lovely Binky from Binky Nixon Photography.

Real Wedding: Suzanne & Mel

Dream-wedding time. You're going to want to copy every detail of this one, not least the venue, which is the gorgeous Babington House in Somerset. It's just the most heavenly location, with its own little chapel in the grounds. Suzanne is a stunning bride - I love her elegant, structured, satin dress, and her huge bouquet of white roses. And is that a pair of Louboutin heels I spy? Other details to copy are the individual roses at each table setting, the glass candelabra and the on-trend, four-tier, wedding cake. I'm loving the florals throughout, in particular the arch over the church door, which gives a real feeling of luxury, and must have perfumed the air as the guests arrived. Simply stunning photographs published with thanks to the hugely talented Ken Buist.

Real Wedding: Jordan & Josh

This real wedding is pure sunshine, from the colour palette to the heavenly beach location. Designed by the amazingly talented Jesi Haack, the details are to-die-for! Everything from the table decor to the flowers, fabric runners and buttonholes were specially created to reflect Jordan and Josh, and the pictures are real feast for the eyes. My favourite details? The white cabbage flowers in Jordan's bouquet, the fabric aisle and the mistmatching table numbers. Gorgeous pictures published with thanks to Stephanie Williams Photography.
